INDRA ONCE AGAIN BECAME AN ACTIVE SHIP OF THE U.S. NAVY AT MARE ISLAND, VALLEJO, CALIFORNIA, ON DECEMBER 16, 1967. ALONG WITH THE GUESTS OF THE OFFICERS AND CREW OF THE INDRA, THE CEREMONY WAS ATTENDED BY CAPT. CHARLES JOHNSON. CO. NIOTC, VALLEJO, CALIF- ORNIA, CAPT. D. A. CAMPBELL, 12th NAVAL DISTRICT INSPECTOR GENERAL, CAPT. H. R. ADRIANSE, REPRESENTING COMMANDER SANFRANBAYNAVSHIPYD. LCDR A. S. KIRLAND, CHC, GAVE THE BENEDICTION. BUT WE WEREN T THROUGH YET!
