Mrs. Jenkins’ desire to be helpful and her winsome personality made going into the High School office a pleasant experience. Helen is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Tram- mell of Indianola. The Homecoming music, I Can’t Help Falling in Love,” honoring the court was provided by the Indianola Academy Marching Band under the field direction of Miss Selene Dunn. Each maid was escorted by her father. Sophomore maid was Patti Lee and Junior maid was Lees Morgan. Other Senior maids were Kathy Martin and Mary Elizabeth Terney. Roses were presented to the queen by Stacy Switzer and the crown bearer was Rob Thorton. The crown was presented by Sherry Mor- gan. After the invocation by Max Edwards, Geoffrey Miller gave the welcome. Two student addresses, “My Youth Will Never Rust” and “Everybody Has A Dream, were given by Helen-Ann Hill and Joyce Wong respectively. Mr. Tommy Tompson, High School Principal, presented the Seniors for diplomas and Mr. Peter Jernberg, Headmaster, awarded diplomas to 72 Seniors. After the diplomas had been awarded. Valedictorian Pam Kilby gave the farewell address.
