Not many of us realized we had a comedian in our class, but Ed Langston surprised us all with his hilarious monologue. Senior Day was a success due to Ed Langston. Dr. John Passmore, a medicine resident, and his lovely wife Crystal, provided some mystifying entertainment. John is booked into several local nightclubs with his magic act. In between the skits, Tom Eberts, Dan Stout, Jeff Petticrew and a visitor help themselves to a bit of liquid refreshment. After everyone was satiated, the high point of the day occurred when the Lilly black bags with the long sought M.D. stamped in gold, were passed out to all the Seniors. 13

Senior Day, like any class function, required some high powered guns for proper planning. Here we sec Jeff Petticrew, Bill Frey, Chuck McCormick, Rich Babayan, Bob Shoemaker, Fred Arensman and C. T. Fletcher. Senior Day — a Team Effort After four years of being on the receiving end, it was a treat to pro- vide our beloved faculty colleagues a little feedback--all in good fun, of course. Senior Day provided this opportunity, in addition to giving us a chance to catch up on old friend- ships. It was all possible due to the efforts of the class officers and some dedicated volunteers. In par- ticular we wish to thank John Pass- more and his magic act, and Tex” Ritter and Jerry House for the sur- gical flick. The vocal talent was provided by Steve Isenberg, Tom Eberts, Bob Shoemaker, Dave Hathaway with Fritz Kiechle on the piano. But Senior Day will es- pecially be remembered for the humor contributed by Ed Langston as host and moderator. Dave Hathaway, C.T. Fletcher, Kyle Loy, Terry Ihnat, Ted Bartley, and Tom Eberts demonstrate their surgical skill. 12

Seen here enjoying the Senior Day banquet are Dick Griffith, A1 Hilgeman, Gordon Wolf and Carl Waggonner. The Eastside Knights of Columbus served as host to the affair. 14 Dan Shull, Rob Lindsey, Terry Frazer, C. T. Fletcher and Sid Steinkeller poke some fun at the Anesthesiology Department. The antics of Curt Stine and Bob Barnes are backed up with the vocal talents of Tom Eberts, Steve Isen- berg and Bob Shoemaker with Fritz Kicchle on the piano.
