F i jf f -H: Keith School student teachers . . . one of the lost steps in a long education student teaching The Keith School provides the college staff, and young persons entering the profession, on opportunity to study children, as well as to study about children. As a participation and observation center, the school furnishes prospective teachers a place where they may study new teaching-learn- ing concepts and test these new theories in practical situations. In the induction of the student into teaching, the Keith School endeavors to bridge the gap between theory and practice with a minimum of con- fusion, and constantly strives to encourage in the new teacher con- tinual professional growth through travel, study, writing, and broad contacts with community life.
