We hold that to all freedom-loving people learning, playing, and living under a free-flying flag are the things worth fighting for. Learning freely from the accumulated knowledge of the world; playing fairly in every game; living boldly, courageously meeting every problem of life — these are the bases of our faith. In so declaring, we show our certainty that neither war nor peace, neither failure nor success, neither problems nor complacency can take these things from us. For this belief, Indiana has sent many of her sons to battle in every part of the globe.
