The Sigma Chis and Alpha Phi sorority cleaned up together at Fall Carnival by winning first place for the best game of chance with Ghoul It, and the fraternity joined Pi Beta Phi sorority for the 1963 Little 500 festivities. The men also won the National Founders Cup as the top SAM chapter in the country. An 18-room addition increased the house ' s capacity to 95 men.
