ii Rehabilitation on State's campus will move at a fast pace after the war. Blueprints of new build- ings and projects have 14 been drawn up and everyone is looking for- ward to a greater Indiana State. The present interest in college education in this country is greater than at any previous time. More men and women are attending mir cnlleges and universities than ever before in our history. More men and women now hold college degrees and will receive them this June than nt any time in, the past. In view of these facts, it has been argued that a college degree does not mean as much as in an earlier day, If this is true, then the individual who holds such a degree must compensate for this situation by develop- ing and exhibiting such superior qualities of character and personality as will demonstrate anew the value of our college graduates not only tn modern society but also to any crisis which may arise. As indicated by our Service Men's flag, Indiana State has contributed a great number of its graduates to carry on the responsible duties on the battle fronts. At the same time these graduates are helping on the war front, Indiana State is helping to preserve our home front by educating our leaders of tomorrow.
