Perry, B.S., Penn- sylvania State University, M.A., University of Pennsylvania, D,Ed., University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Perry is a member of Phi Delta Kappa honorary education fraternity, secretary at the Pennsyl- vania State Association of District Superinten- dents and editor of their publication, Super News, and a member of the Governor's Ad- visory Council, Association of Schools and Colleges. Credit for this excellent educational program must be given to a forward-looking administration, a superior staff of instructors, and a school program to meet the needs ofthe pupils.
