Keith Brooks Strickland Panama City, Fla. In an attempt to match Danny Lawrence's heroics. Bop almost won Homecoming for the seniors single-handedly. Keith attended more judiciary meetings than any of its regular members. He was especially great in football, being known for his doring interceptions of letters sent home. His greatest deed, however, was to make “Frankie 8oby“ a legend in his own time. I got fried. Martin Blackwell Stringfellow Birmingham, Ala. String was probably the only senior never told to go to hell. Martin definitely had the best room in the circle. It came equipped with a popcorn popper, TV set, heoter, and even had hot ond cold running refreshments. No one will ever forget the time he pressed the barber's chair and cut off his big toe. Martin will be remembered as the epitome of cool. Frank Rinard Trechsel III Birmingham, Ala. Goobie snowed all with his choir boy look and, as a result, was made Sweetheart of the 8th Grade Girls. The spleenless Wonder was one of R.J.’s pets, and therefore one of Roberta's favorites too. No one will ever figure out how he nosed into Wesleyan, Williams, and Dartmouth. This is definitely neat.“ 96

Michael Thomas Simpson Cottondale, Fla. MT was one who learned through living in that he talked less his senior year. One not to renege on promises. MT could always be seen fixing bells or installing a P.A. System. He'd even open the store for you if your hunger happened to coin-cice with his. He set the styles on campus with his Indian-styled suits and capes. Where's Injun?!? Clark Robert Smith Daytona Beach, Fla. Clark was ringleader of the fairies in the senior class. There were no other members. Clark showed himself to be MIT material when he replied to the question of how to make it with the girls: Show 'em your slide rule. Aside from being a woman killer, Clark was a Glee Clubber, Wep Pint Co-ordinator, and Publicity Chairman for the JCC. Berney Leopold Strauss Mobile, Ala. Whenever you saw Berney's hand cupped over his mouth whispering into another guy's ear, you knew someone else had been manipulated. The Slink’s 45° angle walk with his left hand in his pocket and right hand scratching his head was impossible to imitate. He was the only student less modest than Cassius Clay. When he wasn't slinking on the tennis courts, he was Mayor, a debater, and editor of the Innuendo. Even some of these oddballs have been elected Mayor.

Samuel Swift Waldo Montgomery, Ala. Sam was o student driver, Glee Clubber, and Manager of the Track Team. (This is all our files show. We didn’t even know he was here.) William Tilman Warren III Birmingham, Ala. Whenever Monk came round the corner, you could be sure that the Blocker would be right behind. Lines such as what did you say your name was? made Block notorious for snowing blind dates. (No, Bill, we're not accusing you of dating handicapped girls.) Also, Bloke was occasionally a member of the tennis and soccer teams. Golly, it wasn't my fault. John Pinckney Woodrow Birmingham, Alo. John was one of the class philosophers. When asking himself the question Who am I, he would assuredly reply, John Woodrow. He was a student driver and was reputed to hove been on the track team, but above all, John proved that Senior Slump can last two semesters.
