Roach This year the F.H.A. classes participated in many events. During October they had the Student Body Booth which included a wide variety of meats, fruits and vegetables. The classes also participated in Kids Baking for Kids. They raised $242.74 for Easter Seals, and enjoyed eating the chocolate chip cookies. Many F.H.A. members cooked wonderful dishes for the annual A-OK Cookoff. The members also helped plan a beau- tification project for the school. F.H.A. members then went to the Sub-District meeting and enjoyed participating in the Skills Events at the meeting. The group helped Razzy Bailey in his fight for Brett Stubblefield's life, a boy who needs a liver transplant. Finally the members appreciated the $200 grant from the Oklahoma Beef Commission. Dana Roach took honors at the A-OK Cookoff with her Chicken Cheesy Rice Surprise. In the local and district meets, she won 1st place, which enabled her to compete in the State competition in OKC, and the results were an outstanding 2nd place. 60 VO-TECH .R.: T. Fisher, K.
