Along with their great record they also acquired several titles. Their first title would come from the Big Pasture tournament. Their next oppo- nent would challenge them at the District tournament and again the boys would walk away with the title “champs.” Their biggest challenge was around the corner with the Regionals fast approaching. The boys struggled dur- ing the Regional tournament, but being true champs they walked away with the title of Consolation Runners-up. 20 21 CM CM WARRIOR BASEBALL Bottom Row B Rutherford. W Ulloa. Even though the Lady Warriors lost to many tough op- ponents they wound up having a winning record. This year they went to District, but lost to Chatty in the finals, then on to the Losers Bracket to lose to Roosevelt to end their season. The team is losing only four seniors, which were good ball players. The loss will be restored by the arrival of new talent from the ninth grade. Good luck next year Warriors! The Lady Warriors got Runner-up in the County Tournament. 24 Monti Graham, Missy Russo, Christy Boatman, Stephanie Brewer, Cissy Tenequer 26 27 THE PRIDE JUNIOR HIGH 29 NINTH GRADE Bottom Row Clay Lents, Pres Chris Ulloa. Brandi Robertson and Kathy Martinez were the first place winners in Division I and II. The represented Indiahoma at the District level. Brandi com- peted at Ft. Cobb They each received a second place in their divisions. The in- depth food classes participated in a hands on short-order lesson at the local restaurant. There the classes were allowed to use their skills on the grill. The protect was fun as well as providing a good learning experience. Lessons in cake decorating provided interest and new skills for the students Many students found a talent they never knew they had. The year was topped off with the annual F.H.A. State Leadership Meeting in Oklahoma City. Twenty-eight F.H.A. members attended The students enjoyed many enjoyable speakers. The group also enjoyed their overnight stay at the Holidome and a day of shopping. All in all the year was a great success. Fun in the Sun. Brown nosing. Taking a break! The annual Elementary Christmas program this year was entitled Computerized Christmas. The plot of the story dealt with Father Time buying a computer to arrange the time for different holidays to occur. As it turned out, Christmas was the hardest to bring about. The story contained everything from Indians, pilgrims, and turkeys all the way to Wanda Witch, George Washington, and the Easter Bunny. The play was musical and fun. It never would have come about without the help of Becky Brewer and Cece Igo. It also would not have been a success without the enthusiasm of the kids and without the help of the parents. 67 “Masquerade” 68 Prom Date May 8, 1987 Senior Graduation Valedictorian Cissy Tenequer Salutatorian Rene Weston Frankie Cable Darren Baker Stephanie Brewer Frankie Cable Sonya Clowser Brent Hannabass Joe Bob Harrell Lori Pittman Shannon Prater Cissy Tenequer Ryan Treisa Jeanna Newton Rene Weston Julie Whitworth ' o TO BE F f o 69 EIGHTH GRADE GRADUATION Ruben Burgess Leanna Cable Nicole Castleberry Phillip Dreadfulwater Brandi Fischer Cherie Fort Christie Hall Charlotte Hokeah Cristy Komahcheet Sandra Lambert Brandon McCarty Jodee Robertson Shelly Scarbrough Scott Dobson Donna Stoll Rena Sankadota Kenny Morrow Brian Ferguson Claudia Sorrow Tim Pangus Shelly Scarbrough Leanna Cable BOOSTERS OF PRIDE INDY SUPPERETTE HOURS Saturday and Sunday 7-10 Monday-Friday 6-10 Personal Monogramming Delicatessen, Oil, Gas, Picnic Supplies Phone 246-8101 INDIAHOMA, OK Major Credit Cards Accepted Complete Line of Groceries FOWLER’S Paint, Glass Floor Covering Custom Floor Covering a Specialty 1010“D”Ave. Phone 353-1346 Lawton 73501 Shamrock Station Grocery Laundry Facilities — Friendly Services — Honest Prices Del Beth Bond TROTTERS DELTA TIRE MAG CENTER SHELBY LONE STAR CRAGAR STAR WIRES SHOCKS SPIN BOUANCE 2016 W.
