I'LL TUMBLE 4 YA The Independence Junior High Gymnastics Team was composed of nine gymnasts and three managers. They practiced six days a week and their goal was to improve the team score at each meet. This year they were able to accomplish their goall. The Eagle gymnasts improved their team score at every tri- meet. They finished seventh in district as well as in the city tournament. This year was a building year for the team. The Most Valuable Gymnast was Jenny Archer. Dana Sward received this year's Best All Around Gymnast award. 3 ' A-.
