This is the end of so many things and the beginning of so many more. Some of us will go to high institutions of learning While others will go out into the world to make a place for themselves and use well what they have learned. We hope the next sophomore class will have benefitted from knowing us and be inspired to even greater things than we have accomplished. The .sophomore class has produced many leaders in all the activities, social, athletic and scholastic. Besides being Well represented on the foot- -ball team, it has furnished members for the hoopsters and stars on the cinder track. Sophomores are to be found in the Pep club, Phi Theta Kappa, national honor society, Y. W. C. A., on the Inkanquil staff g in the Student Council, band, and chorus. ' We, the sophomore class of 1947, thoroughly appreciate the Won- derful advantages and privileges we have enjoyed and are proud to be graduates of Independence Junior College.
