They try to make the students of Inde- pendence have an enjoy- able experience in high school. They sponsor dances and rallies, also activities such as Spirit Week and Homecom- ing. A.S.B. is often misun- derstood, and is often blamed for having made a borin school, how- ever, A.5B. isn't an elite group where the few students involved are responsible for the stu- dent body to be happy and active. A.S.B.'s main responsibility is to start student activities, and from there, it's the individual student's responsibility to either get involved, or be ored. We, the A.S.B. officers ho e we have made Independence a little better cplace to go to school, uring this 78-79 year, and also a place of much Enthusiasm and Spirit!!! 76 A' ASB OFFICERS
