From the students to the Villa . . . These beautiful days must enrich all my life. They do not exist as mere pictures . . . but they saturate them- selves into every part of the body and live always. ADMHNHSTRATHWE CENTER The Administration Center, known as the H Building, is Where all the Stu- dent Activities, Counseling, and Sched- uling is coordinated. Actually, the H Building is where the heart of Inde- pendence lies, ever thing that goes on within this schooiloriginates in the Administration Center. All the people working in the H Building have done their best to make Independence the best school for the students to attend. Well, it appears to me that the students and teachers of EI Pueblo are having more fun that the average bear, so I think they're doin' it right! - Paul Salgado E.P.U., or the petting zoo, is finest collection of rare ani- mals l've ever met. l may feel caged sometimes, but never alone - or unfed. - Pat Sandoval The E.P.U. villa has spent alot of time and energy developing a total villa. The staff acts as a family unit in the major decisions that affect the villa. Each staff member is genuine and sincere in the concern for the students not only in E.P.U. but also in the entire school. Good villa to belong to! - Jon Spencer I like teaching - it more that just a job. Around EPU I always feel that teachers and students care about one another. - Jan Sanchez EPU provides a supportive atmosphere for its staff and students. MY contact with other teachers is frequent and enriching for me. l feel challenged by them to be excellent, as well as sup- ported by them. The teach- ers are willing to partici- pate in aspect of their stu- dents lives besides school and the students partica- pate on a high level with the teachers.
