The purpose of the Italian club is to introduce stu- dents to the Italian culture. They do this by increasing their knowledge of the lan- guage, and eating at res- taurants that specialize in Italian dishes. The Minute Mates this year have attended every wres- tling match that the wres- tlers have participated in. They have fully supported them at all times, and have dedicated very much of their time to be a part of the team. The girls have a great deal of pride in work- ing with their team and in representing their school. This year's Minute Mates were: Cathy Hobart, Janelle Jaimes, Evelyn Visico, Veronica Valdez and Donna Guiang. IVIATES Clubs

The Math club's purpose is to help prepare the mem- bers to enter into math contests. Some of the members competed in the ESUHD contest and came in first. One of their recent fund raising projects con- sisted ot setting up a bio- rhythm machine for stu- dents to use. The advisors Ms. Banks and Mr. Tomasso. The National Honor Society is a service oriented organ- ization. lt is the oldest honor club in the United States. Students who have a GPA of 3.0 and above are specially selected for this club. The 15 members have been involved in recy- cling aluminum cans for scholarship purposes, vol- unteer work with elderly in convalescent homes, and the sponsoring of the Win- ter Carnival. The advisors are: Mrs. Waterer, Mrs. Gil- liespie, and Mrs. King. HO Clubs

AFTFS The Drama club has recently involved in setting up fairy tale presentations for local elementary schools. The selection of the presentations included Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Rumpshnitz. The advi- sor of this talented club is Mr. Jerry Sorich. The Spanish club this year was involved in many fund raising projects. They sponsored the Cinco de Mayo festival and helped the C.S.U. club in fund raising projects. The use of the money will be for send- ing a student to Spain. Other activities included going to Great America and attending Spanish Films. Clubs
