Besides being a relaxing class, it is also one in which one learns a number of most important facts .... Drama students learn poise and self reliance . . . They learn how to move about gracefully! The complement of the drama class is the speech class where the young lady learns how to modulate her voice . . . how to speak distinctly and clearly . . . how to control the muscles and the breathing in order to use the human voice in the way that the Creator intended that it should be used. Sister joseph Alphonsus is the teacher in this de- partment.
