I4 FRIDAY FARE , , . Every Friday Father Robert Slattery teaches the entire senior class a course in religion. FROM FAITH The central theme of the four year religion course is expressed in the sophomore text thus: All men, and we among them, are always search- ing for happiness. But no one can find perfect hap- piness, except the man who completely forgets him- self and dedicates his life and all his thoughts and actions, not to self, but to the greater glory of God. For to him who realizes what God is, the most exquisite happiness is to know, adore, praise, serve, and love, and to be loved by, a Being who is so good. The appropriate title of this four year religion course is Our Quest For Happiness, and the aim of the course is to give glory to God and in so doing to enjoy perfect happiness. QS A. - .1 .lu - LA.
