WiTh an organizaTion so empowered To imparT special graces, a greaT maioriTy oT sTudenTs eagerly responded To our call Tor members. Since our sodaliTy is under The paTronage oT The lmmaculaTe T-learT oT Mary, iT seemed TiTTing ThaT our TirsT solemn recepTion be held December 8, in our Academy chapel, where nineTy sTudenTs pledged Their TideliTy To The rules oT The organizaTion and received The sodaliTy medal. AnoTher recepTion was held March 25, The FeasT oT The AnnunciaTion. AT boTh oT These ceremonies The sTudenT body sang The Gregorian ChanT High Mass, and all received T-loly Communion. A spiriT oT enThusiasm has prevailed among our sodalisTs, malcing The organizaTion a viTal parT oT our school liTe. lT is a greaT Tield which admiTs oT many varying inTeresTs and our sTudenTs seem To have caughT The spiriT oT iT. Thus Tar, we have Tormed a Living Rosary CommiTTee, whose privi- lege iT is To promoTe devoTion To Mary, and To bring her more inTimaTely inTo The lives oT our sodalisTs, Through The reciTaTion oT The Rosary. RuTh Burns has been mosT zealous as Chairman oT This commiTTee. We Teei ThaT special graces have come inTo our lives Through The loving inTer- cession oT Mary lmmaculaTe. Qur l-Tome and Foreign Missions CommiTTee, under The leadership oT RoberT Lawrence, has made a very subsTanTial beginning.
