Tl-IIE SENIOR PROM THE SENIOR PROM OF IQ46 was held on the evening of February llth in the gay and attractive setting of the Upper Montclair WOII1CH,S Club. The grand lounge with the mamoth fireplace - huge silver candlesticks on the carved mantle piece -the Immaculate banner covering the centerpiece above - beautiful paintings in oil and watercolors pleasing and captivating-varied colored Hoor lamps - the grand piano - gorgeous red leather lounge chairs- the refresh- ment table with its large cut glass bowls filled with wine red punchg all blended together to create an atmosphere of per- fect congenialty. Pa e Thirty The spacious dance floor with its pa elled walls-the smooth strains of Dc Gibson's orchestra were a constant in' tation to dance. Against this background the studer of Immaculate presented a glorious p ture. The boys smartly dressed in thc well tailored formal clothes and the gil prettily attired in evening gowns of 6 quisite design and color danced and ch: ted-promenaded and laughed and all tt quickly the evening came to a close. Another great Immaculate Prom it over - but its memory lingers on-its st cess established - the perfect social eve in the scholastic career of the Senior Cl: of 1945. fs
