A broad panorama from ancient Greece to modern United States is viewed in freshman year, with a closer examina- tion of twentieth century happenings re- served for a new sophomore course. After a study of patterns and ideas which all civilizations have in common, juniors isolate the roots of American her- itage and trace the progress of our nation from Columbus, day to the period follow- ing World War II. As responsible citizens and leaders of tomorrow, seniors concen- trate on the workings of this democracy in analysis of current events from grass roots politics through sports to international di- plomacy.
