Immaculata Da A first and a heart-warming one at that, Immaculata Day managed to shat- ter all the connotations of the word initi- ation. The upperclassmen, fun-loving enough to laugh with the freshmen, but Immaculatan enough not to laugh at them, portrayed the freshmen themselves in the roles of Charlie Brown and his gang. The freshmen laughed the heartiest as Charlie Brown delivered such lines as Homework is the crabgrass on the lawn of life! Brotherhood, the theme of the folk song sung by Kathleen Power, could not have been more appropriate. Unitas- Caritas, the ideal of Immaculata, shone through every effort of the student body. Schroeder tMichael Kaboj, Linus QCharles Byrdj, Freeda QDonna Paternosterj, Violet Uean McCormickJ, and Mary Ann Lasko, under the guidance of Lucy CPatricia Rascherj congregated in the hope of solving Charlie Brown's inferiority complex.
