N S: THE GRADE WATCHERS New members: First row: Sandy Elfrink, Yancy Poorman, john Enderle. Second row: Kenneth Schlegel, Tina Kendel, jeff Enderle, Barbi Davis, Debbie Pikey, Terry Holder. Along with the other established traditions, such as valograms, Christmas stockings, and the Big Brother-Big Sister program, NHS also added a new project to its list. ln November, each member drew from a hat the name of hisfher new secret teacher. Some members drew twice. Each NHS member was responsible for doing something thoughtful for their teacher once a month, in an effort to show their appreciation. It could be a card, flower, gift, or whatever. The only catch was that it must remain a secret. In May, the secret pals revealed their identity to the teachers. . N. f wi f ix ..
