ww!!! . pnuvl Deaw Having previously taught Spanish and public speak- ing, Mr. Earl Trobaugh now confines his efforts to teaching education to future teachers. In addition to serving as dean of L-P-O, Mr. Trobaugh is also registrar of the Junior College. After receiving his B.A. from Southern Illinois University and his M.A. from the University of Illinois, he went on to do graduate work at the University of Chicago, the University of Mexico and Denver University. Dmwfofv Dr. Francis H. Dolan has been in charge of the administration of the Junior College for the past fifteen years. On his capable shoulders rests the final responsibility for all activities spon- sored by the college and for all out- side affairs pertaining to it. Dr. Dolan, as a man who advocates the advancement of education, is to be commended for the past success and for the planned future expansion of L-P-O. P .1
