The picture at the left is living proof that both the Apaches and their opponents QLincoln herej occasionally play what might be called heads-up ball. The shot below demonstrates the advantage of a big man as George Pohl stretches his six feet five all the way in a scoring attempt against Lincoln. Should he miss Knot likely at this rangej Irv Batten and Gerry Croissant move in quickly to take the rebound. All the action was profitable for the Apaches as they won both games.
