Spoor. a former Marine sergeant from Rantoul. now a senior political and social science major, and Brad Considine, a sophomore communications major, were both eliminated from the race for three Normal City Council seats to be decided in the general elections on April 12th. Election results indicated that Spoor placed seventh with 811 votes, while Considine finished 12th with 389 votes out of a total field of 16 candidates, with the top 6 advancing to the general election.
