CIRCUS DAYS in '85 The Main Ring The Main Ring is proud to present our Ringmasters Marcia Short and Joe Salerno. They have done a wonderful job, along with their many circus hands to bring together acts from all over the Hilltop Cam- pus. We began the show by intro- ducing our circus hands, mem- bers of the Homecoming Com- mittee. Hext came the Queen of the Sophomores, Rim Heisler, who seemed to think that the Sophomore men and women could tame the tigers of the Freshmen class. Well the Ti- gress, Chris Hall, of the Fresh- men Clan, was not about to let the Queen and her followers tame the tigers. Next came the ferocious roar of our co-captains of the Blueboys, Mark Siever and Randy Mitchell. Both suggested we attend the meeting of the Blueboys and the Monmouth Scots, in the Center Ring of England Field. They agreed it was going to be a feat never before seen. Last but definitely not least, came the introduction of our Grand Marshals for Circus Days, Dean Wallace Jamison and his wife Ruth. Both brought an honor to the Main Ring. The moment you've all been waiting for, Queen of the Circus Days, Ms. Kari Calbreath. l I A l i A u l l l l l i F l l l l l I I 1 l 1 l l l

After seconds both teams stopped pulling and the Sophomore men jumped into a pickup and made a quick get away. But wait more amazing tricks to come after the shortest tug-of- war in IC history. i -..A .... ,. - 1 '- 1 t in. A - '00 ,., 'H NISYUU .um u. 'OW Kylix . , . H , , H f V ., - ,-wh' . .
