MR DONALD OPPEWAL DFDICATIIIN We, the Senior Class of Uliana Christian High, wish to dedicate the SPIRE of 1955 to Mr. Donald Oppewal. He began teaching at Uliana the year we entered as Freshmen, and has been our chief advisor through these past four years. His Christian influence in the classroom will always be remembered by us. He has rendered immeasurable assistance in helping us plan our Junior All-School Party and in arranging our senior banquet and also directing our senior play. Besides this he has helped straighten out the many details of the senior class trip to Washington and also put in many hours as literary advisor of the SPIRE. With this in mind, it is with much gratitude and esteem that we dedicate our annual to him. Page Seven

FOlimitD Since Uliana will be made larger in the near future, we wish to portray through our Spire of ' 55 the importance of this exixinsion. We believe that this expansion takes place on both the physical and spiritual levels, and we have therefore chosen as our theme Groing Toward With God .
