Another Senior Class leaves the halls and classrooms of l. H. S. Before we leave, let's take another look at these familiar scenes as reflected in the Mirror of Memory, and remember just one typi- cal day out of many throughout these past few years. The taxpayers of llion are competently represented in Ilion school affairs by the Board of Education. Although this or- ganization is important in the adminis- tration of the school, it keeps in the back- ground. Members of the Board are interested men and women, willing to take on re- sponsibility for the education of the child- ren in the community. Doctor E. P. Mr. Baker, a firm disciplinarian, is an amic- able, hardworking principal with a sense of humor and high ideals of good sportsmanship. Mr. Baker is assisted by the new vice-princi- pal and guidance director, Richard Everhart. This young man has the hard task of guiding students to wise decisions concerning their future. plus helping to manage school affairs. F

DRIVING Driving is fast becoming one of the most popular courses ever offered in Ilion High. To accommodate the ever-increas- ing number of students interested in driver' education, classes have been scheduled during periods never before utilized for this. This group is busily engaged in the fascinating task of making oxygen. In this room, more than one struggling young future scien- tist has been aided on toward higher goals in the world of science.
