Superintendent J WdeSAage On behalf of the staff of Ignacio United Schools and myself, I am happy for this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to each member of our community for your interest, understanding, patience and thoughtfulness. These attributes alone have convinced us that we have your undivided support in securing the best education possible for the young people of our community. The solid foundation, so substantially laid by the Board of Education, has provided a confidence, a know-how, and a desire for continued improvements in every facet of the local educational program. With this rich tradition of superiority and pride in excelling as a school system, the task has become a challenge to all in the days ahead. I point with pride to the student body of Ignacio United Schools. I commend each student for the gentlemanly and lady-like conduct displayed this year. A school system is no better nor worse than the students it encompasses. I am pleased to report, in this area, we are second to none.
