Senior Cla s tyrophtc While passing through New York, | happened to look into the phone directory and I saw a name that seemed familiar so I went to the address listed in the book. I walked into a waiting room and there at the secretary's desk sat Vivian Velasquez. Over to the right was a door marked PRIVATE . Miss Velasquez let me enter and there sat Jim Richmond smoking a twenty-five dollar cigar. Jim invited me to sit down and we talked of old times and our schooldays. While we were there talking and puffing on our cigars, a client, Cecil Phelps, came in and asked Mr. Richmond to investigate his wife's secret disappearances at 12 o'clock midnight every night. Mr. Richmond is a prosperous private eye detective. Some very good friends of Cecil Phelps' have reported seeing his wife, Pauline Phelps, formerly known as Pauline Kennedy, with a city bus driver, Eddy Lane. Mr. Richmond had some business to attend to so we said good-bye and I continued my trip across the Uhited States. In Washington, D.C., I stopped to see the White House. I asked the doorman, Charlie Quintana, to show us to the President's room. There in the President's throne sat Margaret Salazar. She is the first woman President in America’s history. The President was having a conference with the city dog catcher, Rudy Candelaria. It seems as though Rudy hasn't caught the required quota of dogs for the fiscal year, 1970. Due to the fact that he has been laying down on the job, he does not get his annual income of $26.29. While passing through Chicago, I saw a picture of a notorious bank robber, none other than GENE WAD KERNS. He and his gun moll, Elesida Lopez, had just robbed Chicago's largest bank and gotten away with eleventeen dollars in diamonds. As I was leaving Chicago, I heard a news flash over the radio. The announcer, David Santistevan, was notifying the public that Gene Kerns, Alias: Wad Kerns, and his moll have just been captured in the act of stashing their valuable loot at a local dog pound. The dog pound manager, Joe Padilla, made the thrilling capture while Gene Kerns and Elesida were stashing away the diamonds. In an interview, Joe Padilla said that he would not have been able to make this thrilling capture without the help of his trustee, Lucy Martinez. Each was given a bag of peanuts as a reward. Gene Kerns and his gun moll were later tried, convicted, and sentenced to 99 minutes in the Alcatraz prison. That night I went to a movie entitled, “Teenage Delinquents . There in the leading role was Betty Lou Tate. The co-star was Ervin Massingill playing the part of a teen-age gang leader. If you ever get a chance to see this movie, be sure to go see it. It surely is good. As I was traveling through South Dakota, I heard of a sensational brunette, Martha Mae Quintana, who had just taken the place of Marilyn Monroe as Hollywood's heart throb. Sort of following the steps of Marilyn Monroe, she is soon to wed the nation's greatest baseball player of the year, Manuel Santistevan. Manuel is playing center fielder for the world famous Dodgers, owned by Mary Jane Candelaria and Ramona Lucero. Manuel's batting average is the record breaking .0000342. Manuel has knocked 31 Senior Class Prophecy (continued) three two-base hits during the season and he now holds the world's record as the heavy hitter of the year. Martha Mae, Hollywood's Heart Throb, has just renewed her ninety day contract with Montoya and Rodrigues Films Incorporated. Mr. Elias Montoya and Miss Helen Rodrigues have latched on to the ‘‘HEART THROB before any other film producers could get to her. Martha Mae's next film is to be, My Trip To Hawaii . In this film M“ “R Films are intoducing a new and promising star, Billy Olguin, who will co-star in the film. That night during the middle of my sleep I was awakened by a loud blast, immediately followed by a shaking of the building. I called for information on the room phone and asked what the cause could have been. I was told that a mad scientist, Orlando Duran and his wife, Vivian Martinez, were launching the first space ship to the sun. The following morning I heard on the day's first newscast that Ruth Palmer had just married to Stalin's great grandson and now she is Queen of Russia. Finally the U. S. and Russia are buddies. Also in the newscast was said that Margaret Hott, who has just won the world's speed typewriting contest, with an average of twelve words on hour, has just been assigned the important position of private secretary to Washington D.C. 's dog catcher, Rudy Candelaria. The day was hot so I stopped by at a drug store to get a little refreshment. I ordered a new type of beverage called the S. S. Special. It is formulated and compounded by the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company of Denver, Colorado. The company has been bought by Miss Jean Silva and Miss Shelia Silva. They are experimenting with a new kind of beverage to combat URANIUM FEVER . The new beverage is called the S. S. Special.
