OFFICERS Harry Pearson Canova Kerns--Helen Mullen--Elbert Floyd--Isabel Seely-- -------President --Vice President -------Secretary -------Treasurer ■Faculty Advisor Organized this year, the Ignacio High School Student Council has played an important role in governing the student body and in obtaining their cooperation in the various activities. The faculty of the High School gave the Student Council the authority to make rules and regulations which the studonts ruld abide under. V-'hen a student disobeyed one of theso rules ho was brought before the council to receive his sentence for punishmont.Those sentences included such things as momonzing p try,copying fron tho dictionary, the Constitution, otc. All students from the seventh to twelfth grades wore members of tho student organization. Tho council was composed of twelve atuden; reprosontativos, six soloctod by tho faculty, and six by tho studonts.
