The boxes are judged by originality, composition and the amount of candy in the box, which is thrown by the class clowns dur- ing the parade. juniors won top honors with their chair- men -IAN HAMMERLAND and DIXIE HARKER. Sen- iors, second with JAMES WONG and LORI HUNTER CLEFTJ and Sophomores DENA HARKER and JACKI TREASURE KRIGHTJ.

Committee Guides Events Contests PHIL SIMPSON and BARBARA AHLSTROM KRIGHTJ composed the chief and chieftess in command of the overall Homecoming Week. The two chose their committee as follows, FIRST ROW - KLEFT TO RIGHTJ Julie Jacobson, Carrie Olsen, Tom Browning, Mike McDonald, Phil Simpson, Mark Bodily, Von Wood, Brad Zundel, Scot Hall, Tom Harrison, Shane Williams, Jamey Fielding, Gary Walker, and -Ian Booman. SECOND ROW - Karen Swinyard, Kathy Harker, Chris Blaes, ,Iodi Herring, Renee Riley, Leslie Lawremce, Barbara Ahlstrom, Helene Wilsey, and Leslie LaPray. The the whole tribe decided upon October 4-9 as the date and the theme of Living Yesterday's Dreams.

Proud Poppies Provide Power Pep Clubbers, broke their two-year losing streak against the Tigerettes 14-6 in the rival Powder Puff game held in the Ravsten Stadium on October 7. The winning Coaches at KRIGHTJ were STEVE ROWBERRY, KEVIN HUNTER, FRED HILL, MIKE WATKINS, KURT ZORN, and head coach SCOT HALL. Tigerette coaches were: MIKE MAHONEY, BRIAN COMBO, MARK BODILY and MARTY TINGEY and DAN KNUDSEN. One of the swift moving players, LISA SMITH, is shown at KLOWER LEFT J. At CLOWER RIGHTJ, Pep Club dreams up a new strategy, Half- time Soap box derby action was dominated by the Class of '77 who won their traditional first place.
