The democratic way of life is practiced in all forms of school organization from class room procedure to student administration. The government of the student body, like that of our national government, is composed of three branches: executive, legislative, and judicial. The executive branch includes the president, vice-president, secretary-treasurer, who are elected each spring by popular vote. Presiding at the helm of state this year was friendly Tom Tobin, candidate of the Independent Party. Last summer Tom received the honor of being chosen by the American Legion as the Idaho Falls representative to attend Boys' State in Boise. Ray Forman, vice-president and Shirley Andelin, sec retary-treasurer, are shown above with Tcm. 18
