uniora Being the middleman is not an easy task. As juniors, we are expected to maintain the maturity of our years, yet we are often re- garded as mere children whose wants and wishes are insignificant. Often we recall with nostalgia the carefree sophomore days, and wish that we might somehow return to that sheltered haven. At other times, the dreams of seniority overwhelm us, and time cannot pass quickly enough. And yet, with all of its seeming disadvantages, the junior year has taught us much about life. We have learned to give without always expecting a reward, we have learned to bow to authority and seniority without feelings of rancor or resentment, we have learned patience, for we shall soon stand in that limelight of seniority so coveted by juniors, but most of all we have learned that it is not enough to dream of the future, for dreams are only visions of the glorious achievements tomorrow holds for those who can conquer today.
