DEDICATION MR. W. E. WATERS Because Norcom is developing culturally and educationally as an admired institution, we the 1960 graduating class decided carefully on its most in- fluential supporter. We found one who, during good times or chaos, has shielded Norcom by his gui- dance and instructions. We were inspired to achieve by watching him cling to tenacity and sagacity during the past chal- lengingyears. We copied reverence, compassion, and perfection from him. We realized that our ra- pid growth was a result of his many contributions. His interest in youth was known by us, and was re- flected through an invitation extended him recently to attend President Eisenhower’s White House Con- ference on Children and Youth. Realizing our great fortune in having this per- son as our leader, we are attempting to show our appreciation in a small way. To our able principal, Mr. William E. Waters, we gratefully dedicate this annual.
