Dedication To ' Dear Old Norcom To you, dear old Norcom High School, we, the graduating classes of 1952, dedicate this book as a token of appreciation for your untiring efforts in pre- paring us to take our place in this fast-moving world. Our motto says, “Success is our destiny”. -Success will be ours, and to you we owe it all. “To us you’ve given a new life, — A hope which will always stay. Determination to stem the strife. And a will to carve our way.”

Foreword The Senior Classes of February and June 1952 have enjoyed compiling and presenting memories of our last year spent at Dear Old Norcom High. We are grateful to the Faculty who taught us, to the student body who supported us, and to our Alma Mater who made us what we are. W e regret that we were not privileged to enjoy the beautiful new Norcom High that is to be replete in every sense of the word. Yet we feel proud that we are leaving memories that time cannot efface. W e have worked arduously to make our Annual a great success. Alany of our number have wrought well in outstanding achievements of which we are proud to leave as a heritage to our fellow students. As the present becomes our glorious past, and the future en- dows us with bountiful blessings and manifold successes, we shall peruse the Korcomium just to cherish deeds of our -early careers which served to encourage us to greater height. The song is ended but the melody lingers on.
