An easement, dated September ll, 1925, and existing in favor of the Glass of '26, recorded in the office of the college on that date as Document No. 56, allowing for ingress and egress to and from the upper floors of the college building, together with the right to gaze upon the seniors at their work and play and to emulate their stimulating example.
