MR. GEORGIC A. OLSON DEDICATION At the head of every Indian Village is the Big Chief. He is the guiding force and inspira- tion to all who work under him. He is the un- derstanding judge and wise counselor. He is the fine upstanding example to whom all his people look with faith and friendship. lle supports his tribe in their work as well as their sports, and it is for him that they strive towin. The BigChief makes the rules for the rest of the tribe, but he could not do so without aid of the Medicine Man .
