May every Hyde Parker -athlete, musician, dramatist, or studentsfind in its pages some memorial dear of each loved friend. lt is through friendship alone that the Annual is successful. The beauty Of paper and binding, the competent workmanship of the printer, engraver, and photographer, the subtle appeal of the drawings, and the tasteful arrangement of well-written articles attract the interest of the stranger. The Hyde Parker, however, is entirely satisfied only when he finds his friends in evidence. The Staff has therefore attempted to record the more personal side of school life and not merely to chronicle events.
