Since she began teaching at H H S in 1945, her zest for life, her natural tendency to make everything fun and her sincere interest and belief in teenagers has endeared students to her. Sponsor of Perrill club, Mrs. Perrill has taken a leading role in the development of the H H S drama depart- ment and from 1948 until this year has directed the senior play. She is chairman of the radio committee of the Hutchinson public schools, representative to local and state delegates' associations and has served as president of the Hutchinson Teachers Association.
