'N-.W Representing the voice of the Salt Hawks is the Student Council, whose m-embers are chosen by the classes and organizations. President of the group was Dan Upson, senior, who was selected by popular ballot. As head of the council, he directed council meetings and presided at school assemblies. Council members found time to carry out a varied program of activities. Swing and sway sessions following varsity games met with popular approval.
