Young America Award Marvin Sollenberger, a well- liked, active senior, was chosen to receive the Young America award ot 1938. Marvin, better known as Sally, was an earnest participator in va- rious organizations during his high school years and also maintained high standards ot scholarship. He was particularly welleknown for his unusual skill in athletics, and especially as captain ot the bas- ketball team. This year he re- ceived the high honor of being elected president of the Student Council. Each year this award is given to the most prominent senior by the American Steam Laundry owned by E. Hutton and C. W. Oswald.
