Students and faculty members attended the event in attempt to become better acquainted with new friends and teachers The high temperature did not slow anyone down as the events began. Students par- ticipated in games ranging from a water- balloon toss to a tug-of-war and a three-legged race to a blindfold pudding feed. Prizes that were given to the winners of each event includ- ed 2 liter bottle of pop, bags of miniature candy bars, and boxes of pudding. Music was provided by The Source featur- ing Vance Tyrell, broadcasting instructor at HCC. A free dinner concluded the festivities. ltgtftht .,lE.'-,givin V, 1
