We Love Nightlife! When the sun starts to settle and the day is coming to an end, some students are just waking up. Night owls are found down town with the bright lights and music. Peo- ple go dancing or can be found at various fast-food places for a bite to eat. In the evening students may also gather in the Sports Arena to view the athletic talents of HCC. Some turn away from recreation and choose education by taking night classes. Others can be found burning the midnight oil in the library. The night life is never dull!

lnvolvement. . HCC is a school for people who want to get involved. There are com- munity projects to participate in as well as school oriented activities. The Bloodmobile is a bi-yearly event for which many students volunteer their time. It is a good cause and they realize it. To live in the dorm is to learn how to compromise and accept people and their ways of life. Living there not only teaches one about other people, but it teaches him or her about oneself. The dorm provides a place to make friends, who, when together will have a fun time or will be there when problems need to be solved. Even kids who live in the dorms and live off campus have a chance to get together. There are activities like dances, intramural sports, and par- ties. HCC is a good place to learn about people, life, and-togetherness. 1. Neletha Nelson, Jane Birdcamp, Jami Chinberg and Kelly Frank show their school involvement by wearing their dorm shirts. 2. Jan Frazier and Jan Krehbiel volunteer their time to help with the Fted Cross Bloodmobile. 3. HCC student helps decorate the tree in the fireplace room of the Stu- dent Union forthe holiday season.
