After winning all of our meets this year our Tech Swimming Team had a very good chance of retaining the Syracuse Cup. Our victory at the All High Meet secured the cup for us for the third year. This year Andy Dales, a Sophomore, broke the record for the one hundred yard breast stroke. We are looking forward to an excellent team for next year. L VARSITY SWIMMING Row One M. Nawrocki, R. But the fine efforts put forth by our 1958 team proved that none was too hard for Tech's ath- letes. First and third All High berths went to the deserving men, Ron Smith and Joe Marando. Although our team finished sixth in interhigh competition, the team should be commended for its hard work and fine spirit.
