78 ech flecfzical facie! Tau Epsilon Sigma, better known as the Tech Elec- V trical Society, was founded in 1922 and has steadily grown to be one of the most active organizations in Tech. At the beginning of the year we held a tour through the Dunlop Rubber Corporation's Tonawanda plant. This trip proved to be of great interest to all members. We also held a highly successful dinner party and dance on Thanksgiving eve, to allow the new mem- bers to become acquainted with the society. ln the spring the society has many activities planned. In addition to our annual assembly program and offi- cer installation banquet, we have planned a tour through Mertens Chocolate Company, New York Tele- phone Exchange, and an overnight camp-out at Toad Hollow. Mr. Roesch, our faculty advisor, held an annual Christmas party at his home which is one of the high points of the season. Without his eFforts and endless assistance our organization would not function. All our Senior members receive gold pins in recognition of their active participation. We plan to conclude the school year with a picnic at the home of the President.
