A school puhlieation serves as a medium lor an acceptahle voicing ol student opin- ion, while it also provides a means for advertising and promoting extra-curricular events. llere at Tech, the editors and stall ol' l'he lfngineer' have striven to accom- plish both of these aims by providing a complete coverage ol school happenings delightlullv spiced with gossip, jokes, and social leatures. With an ambitious stall and a willing student hody, the ground- work lor a school paper laid in N56-1957 should he huilt into a powerful, influen- tial, and enlightening source of student communication. The aims of the 'En- gineer, are two fold - to provide the school with an opportunity to develop the journalistic talents ol its students and to keep the entire school informed as to its functions. The entire stall ol the 'Engineer' ex- tends its thanks to our faculty advisor, Mr. Pelosi, whose assistance has made the publicatiori possible. We look to H357- l958 lor a season ol continued success. 80 lfditor .. Assistant Editor . Social lfrlitor Sports Editor . .. , Treasurer .. ,... .. Faculty Advisor .
