' ' .. forces operating within them were bringing upon the world a deviation from that X 6 co-operative spirit which the world cherishes. Having seen all these forces at work il at their best during the Great War, lVIr. Vincent presented a plea for better relationship and a more altruistic spirit which would clearly show that the lessons W -'l , . . V li? of the last war were being used as guides to better action.
