E Nancy Olson was chosen Miss Holiday at the 1977 Holiday Tournament. The Daily Plainsman sponsored the annual Holiday Event which was held on December 29-30. Nancy, a senior at HHS, was selected by the student body to rerresent Huron in the pageant. Nancy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Olson. She was active in music, drama and debate. Nancy was co-captain of the cheerleading team and a cheerleader for five years. She was a member of All State Chorus and Honors choir and various ensembles.
